As City Manager for the City of Plano I am proud to work with our Executive Team to attain the City’s vision of service excellence through development and facilitation of goals that meet the City Council’s Strategic Plan.  We meet regularly to ensure coordinated and fiscally responsible provision of services within our community.  The Executive Team also ensures compliance with City policies, administers the annual Budget and Community Investment Program, and provides oversight for daily departmental operations. 

To increase organizational efficiency and enable resource sharing, we have grouped our City departments based upon the nature of the services provided, such as public safety, recreational programming and infrastructure development.

Together with the involvement and participation of our citizens we work toward the continued success of our great city.
