Residents can place a call to Environmental Waste Services at (972) 769-4150 for a FREE cooking oil collection.  Oil must be contained in a sturdy, plastic container with a secure screwtop.  Collection appointments will be scheduled for one or more gallons.  The containers need to be placed at your regular trash pick up location site by 7 a.m. on the day of the scheduled collection.  The cooking oil will be processed and used as biodiesel fuel.
