Place loose trimmings, grass and leaves in biodegradable paper lawn bags. If trimmings or material are in plastic bags, you will be required to empty the bags and dispose of them properly.

Citizens of the Five Member Cities: Allen, Frisco, McKinney, Plano and Richardson are allowed Two (2) FREE drop offs per month with current water bill and driver's license.
For your convenience, we offer the option of paying by cash, check or credit card (MasterCard, Visa or Discover) for a one time dump.
