If you were granted an Extension to Pay the Fine and you are still unable to pay your case in full, you must appear in person to do the following:
meet with a Collections and Compliance Representative;
submit proof of residency (i.e. a utility bill or mortgage/rent statement);
pay a minimum of $100.00 per case if approved to be on a Payment Plan.
NOTE:
If the fine is not paid within thirty (30) days of the Judgment date, a State mandated $25.00 Time Payment Fee will be assessed per case. The Collections and Compliance Representative will review your Application again and determine if you qualify for a Payment Plan. If information cannot be verified, a Payment Plan will NOT be granted. Verification includes all phone numbers.
Failure to pay the Judgment by the due date will result in the issuance of a Capias Profine Warrant for your arrest with the additional costs attached thereto (i.e. $50.00 warrant fee).
NOTE: Effective August 1, 2009, all credit card and debit card payments made either in person or through the Online Citation Payment System, will incur a 3.5% processing fee.
