Certain types of information are available from the Plano Police Department under the Texas Open Records Act.

Open Records requests must be submitted in writing.  Requests are not accepted by telephone.

To submit a request in person, please visit us at Police Headquarters - 909 East 14th Street, or our Joint Use Facility at 7501 Independence Parkway.

To submit a request via Fax:  972-941-2191

To submit a request via Email:  policeopenrecords@plano.gov
