A complete listing of persons with outstanding Plano Police Department Misdemeanor Warrants is published weekly and available on-line. This is a large file containing over 10,000 names -- please be patient while the file loads on your computer.

The City of Plano Municipal Court now offers the option to pay warrant fines and costs via online or telephone through Government Payment Services (GPS).  If paying online or by telephone, the following information must be provided:

1.  Pay Location Code:         1530
2.  Personal Identifier:          (Available on the Outstanding Warrants page)
3.  Total Amount Due:           (Available on the Outstanding Warrants page)
4.  Credit Cards Accepted:    MasterCard, VISA, Discover or American Express

If you prefer to pay via telephone, please call Government Payment Services  at 1-888-604-7888.  Operators are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to help you.

Effective November 1, 2008, you may make your warrant payments online through GPE.  You will need the above-mentioned information to complete your transaction.  Click this link:  www.governmentpayment.com .

GovPay EXP is an independent company that charges a fee for its service. The Municipal Court receives no part of that fee.

* Warrants will remain active unless the fine is paid in full.
* In accordance with Texas Code of Criminal Procedure, Art. 27.14(c), 
   case payment will result in waiver of a jury trial and a finding of guilty, 
   which may be reported to the Texas Department of Public Safety.

 

NOTE:   Payment through GPE will result in a conviction on your driving record if you have not previously entered a plea.   Payment through GPE may NOT be used to process  Driving Safety Course or Deferred Disposition options.
